AI Agent Assist

Use the Headset Icon use Channel Auto’s agent assist AI function to help you reply to a message.

1. The chat history has been recorded, and will automatically appear. Select Get Suggestion to see what the suggested response is.

2. Then select Use Suggestion for the message to appear in the chat box. You can edit it before you send it.
