👋 Hello and welcome to Channel Automation! Your all in one platform to reaching out to your leads, more efficiently.
Lets take a look throughout the system together! Start by logging into your account at app.channelautomation.com
Dashboard
The dashboard shows you an overview of your workspace and is the main section you will go for administrative tasks. You will be able to view your different channels, analytics, and workspace settings from the Dashboard.
On the left you will see all of your different options and settings you are able to configure within your workspace.
The top banner allows you to switch between the Dashboard and Live Chat.
If you experience any issues while using Channel Automation, please feel free to Submit a Request or Issue.
On the Far right your profile settings can be configured by clicking on your name Austin - Admin
Channels
Currently, Channel Automation supports 12 types of channels.
- Telegram
- Slack
- SMS
- IVR-Voice
- Line
- VK
- Omni Channel
You are able to set up each of these channels independently of each other, however the most common channel you will work with in Channel Automation is SMS.
Analytics
Channel Automation automatically gathers high level analytics regarding your work space's performance.
You are able to change the filtering by clicking on Last 30 days to change your date range.

Integrations
Here is where you manage all your integrations including your phone numbers, installed mini-apps, and other third-party services. Check the "Integration" document for detailed guidance accordingly.
Mini-Apps
Mini-Apps store lists all publicly shared mini-apps across the system. All Channel Automation users can publish their templates and install others' mini-apps here.
Unified Board
The Unified Board is your easy access to viewing all of your leads in one single location. This is available to you to customize to suit your business' personal needs.
An extremely powerful tool to view custom analytics, leads, and track orders.
E-commerce
The e-commerce section is for managing an e-commerce system for the whole workspace. Your product information can be used across all channels and all chatbots. Also, orders from any channel any chatbot will be listed here.
My Contents
In "Contents", you can manage all the templates, mini-apps, and email templates created by you.
Workspace Settings
Workspace settings allow you to edit workspace profiles and manage all the members in your workspace as well as the channels
settings.
Billing - (Workspace Owner Only)
The "Billing" page is where you manage your subscription. You will see your current subscription status and a usage rate bar here.
